Cheese Ball #1- Cheddar, Bacon & Scallions

6-8 slices Crisp Bacon
1 bunch Scallins, sliced
1 lb Grated Cheddar
½ cup Chopped Walnuts
½ cup Mayonnaise (or more)

Crumble bacon in a bowl, add the other ingredients and mix together with
mayonnaise. Chill to blend the flavors and serve.

I make the mix into a ball, rolling it in more nuts and chopped parsley. The
original recipe was just to be served in a bowl (not as pretty). It is so
simple. Your arteries may allow you to eat this about twice a year!
