Chocolate Mousse

(This is easy but looks and tastes like a major effort. My kind of thing!)

1 cup Nestlé Brand Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
cups Half & Half, scalded
2 Egg Yolks
3 tbsps Brandy, Rum, Grand Marnier, etc.

Toss all into blender at high speed until racket stops!
Pour into individual serving bowls (I use wine glasses).
Chill 3 hours before serving.
