Chocolate Mousse
(This is easy but looks and tastes like a major effort. My kind of thing!)
1 | cup | Nestlé Brand Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips |
1¼ | cups | Half & Half, scalded |
2 | Egg Yolks | |
3 | tbsps | Brandy, Rum, Grand Marnier, etc. |
Toss all into blender at high speed until racket stops!
Pour into individual serving bowls (I use wine glasses).
Chill 3 hours before serving.
