Baked Fish
(Almost any fish!)
Use glass baking dish.
Put a bit of olive oil in bottom of dish so fish doesn't stick.
Add fish filets.
Sprinkle a bit more olive oil on fish.
Pat oil around with fingers until covered so fish doesn't get dry.
Sprinkle with whatever seasoning you like (i.e., paprika, dill, pepper, fine
herbs, basil, etc.).
Bake in preheated oven at 375° for about 11 minutes. (Bake a little longer if
fish is very thick)
Don't turn fish or it may break up!
Serve when juices run clear.
