Cheese Grits
(Can be made ahead and baked at last minute)
| 1½ | cups | Quaker Brand Quick Grits |
| 6 | cups | Water |
| No | Salt | |
| Cook above per instructions on box until done.
While still hot, add: |

| ½-1 | stick | Butter, salted |
| 1 | pound | Sharp Cheddar, grated |
| 2-3 | tsps | Salt, Garlic |
| 1 | tsp | Salt, Regular |
| 1 | dash | Paprika |
| to taste | Tobasco | |
| 3 | Eggs, beaten | |
Pour into large glass lasagna pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 1 hour.
