Cheese Grits
(Can be made ahead and baked at last minute)
1½ | cups | Quaker Brand Quick Grits |
6 | cups | Water |
No | Salt | |
Cook above per instructions on box until done.
While still hot, add: |

½-1 | stick | Butter, salted |
1 | pound | Sharp Cheddar, grated |
2-3 | tsps | Salt, Garlic |
1 | tsp | Salt, Regular |
1 | dash | Paprika |
to taste | Tobasco | |
3 | Eggs, beaten | |
Pour into large glass lasagna pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 1 hour.
