Cheese Grits

(Can be made ahead and baked at last minute)

cups Quaker Brand Quick Grits
6 cups Water
No Salt
Cook above per instructions on box until done.

While still hot, add:

½-1 stick Butter, salted
1 pound Sharp Cheddar, grated
2-3 tsps Salt, Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Regular
1 dash Paprika
to taste Tobasco
3 Eggs, beaten

Pour into large glass lasagna pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 1 hour.
